Such URL is from Microsoft download site (used to retrive the Microsoft Script Debugger). The link mentioned on pop-up warning/error, is no longer available. Meanwhile suggested workarounds by HPE is on this link HP is still working with microsoft to resolve this issue. Without MS Debugger installed, you won’t be able to set breakpoints, change variable values at run-time or step through your code execution line-by-line. MS debugger comes up as an additional requirement when you install UFT for the first time. While the tool has long been deprecated by Microsoft and is no longer in active development, HP still use it for UFT script debugging purposes. Microsoft Script Debugger is a tool used by HP UFT to debug supporting languages like VB Script.
